Kaitlin, a native to Jacksonville resides with her Hero (Daughter) and Husband. She was first introduced to the world of Cancer after her daughter was diagnosed with Retinoblastoma in 2012. Through her daughter’s battle, she has seen the emotional and financial struggles that come with cancer firsthand. Kaitlin feels honored to be part of the V4V mission, that echoes what she carries in her own heart to help other cancer families.

Krissy, a native of Jacksonville who currently resides in Clay County with her husband and two sons, brings a wealth of experience and deep-rooted connections to her role as Community Outreach Director. She leverages her extensive ties within the community to advance the heart and mission of V For Victory. In light of her family’s encounter with cancer and medical hardships, Krissy draws upon their collective experiences to inform and provide support for others navigating similar challenges. Through her efforts, Krissy helps foster a network of assistance from the community for our families.

Jami’s Jacksonville roots go back several decades to when her grandparents established their family home in Mandarin, and she still resides here with her husband and daughter. She comes from a family of service; her dad is retired Air Force and her mom was a teacher’s assistant for over 20 years. After dedicating 23 years to teaching in Duval and Clay, Jami is honored to serve the community again, helping warriors and their families throughout their cancer journey. She knows the struggles many face as she has helped navigate this road with family and friends. She is dedicated to serving the cancer community and is honored to be a part of the V4V family.

Each board member brings different strengths, talents, and abilities to the board, each member’s contribution serves to advance and uphold the organization’s mission. Part of being an active board member is sharing that passion with others and inspiring them to become involved. Board members actively network with others, opening new doors and opportunities with potential major donors, businesses and/or community partners.
